On this date 145 years ago, Abraham Lincoln delivered the speech that has come to be known as the Gettysburg Address.
In recent interviews, President-elect Barack Obama, has stated that one of the things that he is doing in preparation for his presidency is to reread Lincoln's writings. Let us pause on this historic anniversary and read Lincoln's 272 word speech again.
